The village is built over 3 levels and  made up  of  27 apartments -    2x 1 bedrooms,    17 x 2 bedrooms and    8 x 2 bedrooms plus study.

All have a north facing aspect.  Six of the Ground floor apartments have sun drenched  private courtyards.

The upper levels enjoy views across the trees of the local Golfcourse by day and the lights of Chatswood by night.

All apartments have  full height glazing, stackable balcony doors to maximise indoor / outdoor living and high 9ft ceilings.

The finishes are  high quality  including Stone bench tops, wool carpets,  slip resistant tiles and Fisher & Paykel  refrigerator, washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher drawer.

St Peter's is located at the former St Peter's Catholic Church site, corner of Felton Ave and 565 Mowbray Rd, Lane Cove North. Recognising the value gained by integrating seniors living with broader community life, the village also includes a Willoughby Council branch library and community meeting rooms that border a new publicly accessible park. There is also an informal cafe/deli and a toddlers' playground.

Closely located to Lane Cove National Park offering residents  many picnic areas, playgrounds, walking tracks and other attractions.

Transport is at the door with regular connections to Chatswood  & Top Ryde Shopping Centres. At  Chatswood they also have the interchange for all transport needs and the newly completed entertainment complex - The Concourse, which is one of Sydney’s leading entertainment venues and   home to a dynamic range of live arts and entertainment.  It incorporates a  Concert Hall and Theatre
