Built over five stages, Living Choice Broadwater Court has a wide variety of villas and apartments to suit every budget. At the helm of the village is Tim Bentley, the current Retirement Village Association's National Manager of the Year. Its gardening team, under the supervision of Wayne Pepper, also won the top prize in its category at the 2011 Gosford City Council Garden Competition.

The village boasts its own medical clinic - villa 31 - where two doctors are available for consultation, as well as a podiatrist, diabetic educator and physiotherapist. There is a 24-hour emergency response program as well as carers onsite.

In the well-equipped community centres you can test your skills on the snooker table, get creative in the craft and woodworking rooms, visit the library, enjoy a drink at happy hour, or get fit in the indoor heated swimming pool, spa and gymnasium. An auditorium, barbecue areas, pampering room and a village bus are also at your disposal.

Living Choice Broadwater Court is built on a flat site and features architecturally designed villas with quality finishes and beautifully landscaped grounds.

All villas available for resale are totally renovated with new carpets, paint, kitchens and appliances. You can choose from a one-bedroom villa to a three-bedroom villa with double garage. Waterfront apartments are also available in Stage 5, Waterfront Estate.

Living Choice Broadwater Court is located in Kincumber, a naturally beautiful area on the Central Coast, between Gosford and Avoca Beach, only one hour from Sydney. The village is right next to the thriving Kincumber Shopping Centre, with a Coles supermarket, pharmacy, bottle store, an array of specialty shops and modern restaurants. The Kincumber Library is just metres from the village.

There's also plenty to do outside the village. There's good fishing in the Broadwater, which is within walking distance, and plenty of walking tracks, including the Kincumba Mountain, for the more energetic. Public transport is virtually on your doorstep and the village bus is on hand for shopping expeditions and other outings.

Living Choice is a privately owned Australian company that specialises in developing niche retirement villages in exclusive areas. Formed in 1992, the company has come a long way since its first retirement village opened on the NSW Central Coast. Today Living Choice villages can be found at Davistown (Alloura Waters), Woy Woy (Deepwater Court) and Kincumber (Broadwater Court) on the Central Coast and at Marsfield (Leisure Lea ) and the Hills District (Glenhaven) in Sydney. In 2003, the company spread its wings to the Sunshine Coast where it has successfully developed villages at Kawana Island and Twin Waters. A third village is planned in the heart of Maroochydore at Sunshine Cove. Recently Living Choice received approval to build a retirement village in Fullarton, Adelaide.
