Living Choice Alloura Waters is built on a flat site and offers retirees a choice of one, two or three-bedroom units and villas or waterfront apartments. This village has a very high occupancy rate and the homes are in such demand that there is usually very little availability.

The villas are totally renovated with new carpets, paint, kitchens and appliances.

The apartments are nestled on the edge of the Brisbane Waters, one of the coast's most beautiful natural waterways. Choose from luxurious two or three bedroom apartments with large balconies, cathedral ceilings, gourmet kitchens with stone benchtops, quality appliances and plenty of storage. And if security is important to you, the apartments are fully gated.

The level site, meandering paved roads, lush gardens and many trees and shrubs at Living Choice Alloura Waters impart the feel of a luxury resort.

The village encircles the local RSL and Bowling Club which has been recently extended and refurbished at a cost of millions. Many residents enjoy regular bowls games at Davistown RSL Bowls Club and being able to stroll next door for delicious, affordable meals and entertainment is a big bonus.

Davistown is also home to a regular ferry service and for shopping expeditions and other outings, the village bus is always on call.

Living Choice is a privately owned Australian company that specialises in developing niche retirement villages in exclusive areas. Formed in 1992, the company has come a long way since its first retirement village opened on the NSW Central Coast. Today Living Choice villages can be found at Davistown (Alloura Waters), Woy Woy (Deepwater Court) and Kincumber (Broadwater Court) on the Central Coast and at Marsfield (Leisure Lea ) and the Hills District (Glenhaven) in Sydney. In 2003, the company spread its wings to the Sunshine Coast where it has successfully developed villages at Kawana Island and Twin Waters. A third village is planned in the heart of Maroochydore at Sunshine Cove. Recently Living Choice received approval to build a retirement village in Fullarton, Adelaide.
