A purpose built, hands on sales training program for the retirement village industry.

Accreditation Surveyors Course

QLD                             15 -17 November           This course replaces the May 2010 course.

Accreditation Made Easy

The July 2010 course has been postponed to early 2011 due to lack of numbers.
Express your interest now to commence this course in the New Year.

This course is designed to fully prepare Village Managers to complete an effective application
for accreditation. There are plenty of positions available on all courses.

WA 22 - 23 September
SA 1 - 2 December

If you are a Village Manager and have been apprehensive about your village applying for
accreditation, this course will assist you to overcome those fears and the confidence that your
application will contain everything you need. 

 

Accreditation Training

IMG and the RVA are delighted to announce a new range of training courses  on Accreditation in 2010 to coincide with the completion of the 2009 ARVA Scheme Review and launch of the new Handbook .  The three courses are designed to assist you to understand  the why and how of the ARVA scheme.  No matter where your interest lies in Retirement Living, there is a course for you. 

All courses incorporate practical tools and strategies led by a facilitator experienced in the ARVA scheme.  Courses are held within a village setting to facilitate live experiences.  Each participant will be provided with comprehensive training materials, templates and sample documents.  Updated training dates are advised above.
