WA.
The theme
for
the Conference
was “The
wine
of life –
better
with time”.
Incorporating
the beautiful
WA Margaret
River wine
region,
the
social
program,
partners
program
and overnight
village
tour
offered
many exciting
options
for
delegates
and partners
alike.
Speakers included:

McCartney-Snape,
an inspirational
speaker spoke
of his experiences
of being
the first
Australian
to conquer
Mount Everest.
His story
lent itself
superbly
to communicating
the fundamental
aspects of
achievement.

Director
of Creating
Communities,
is a well
published
and accomplished
speaker
and presented
on ‘Creating
Vibrant
Senior Living
Communities’.
Having been
involved
in leisure
and community
wellness
for over
30 years,
his ability
to challenge
and inspire
was unsurpassed
in the industry.

gave an
insightful
presentation
on the state
of the Retirement
Village
market. This
involved
the dissemination
of updated
industry
research
collated within
Jones Lang
LaSalle’s
National
Retirement
Village
Database,
including
pipeline
and new
construction
starts, growth
in various
geographic
areas, pricing
trends,
rates
of sale
and marketing
trends
to name
a few.
